CCC accepts applications beginning in September for the following year.  Applicants are required to tour CCC within 6 months before applying. 

Your child must be 3 years old by December 1 of the school year to enroll in the Front Yard, and 4 years old by December 1 to enroll in the Back Yard. 

The first enrollment priority is given to alumni families and staff in good standing who have been members of CCC within the past 10 years.  Families must apply by December 1 to qualify for this priority. 

The Non-alumni applications received between September 1 and December 1 have the next priority as the first pool of applicants.  When filling the yards at CCC our goal is to achieve a balance of ages, genders, extended care program needs, ethnicities, economic classes, and family structures.  The number of enrollment slots available for September in both the front and back yard classes is determined in early spring and enrollment offers are issued in March. 

Once invited to enroll, families have one week to confirm enrollment with a non-refundable, $75 registration fee and a last-month tuition deposit.  CCC strives to make financial aid available for families who need it.  The application for financial aid is due by February 1.
