Tuition and Fees

Schedule of Fees 2009-2010

Registration Fee (non-refundable; submitted upon acceptance): $75

Tuition         $477/month for $4,770/year, billed over 10 months
Half-Participation fee adds to bill: $173/month
Non-Participation fee adds to bill: $341/month
One-and-a-half-Participation discounts bill: $144/month
Double Participation discounts bill: $288/month
CCC offers a 10% discount to families for second and subsequent children simultaneously enrolled in the preschool program.

Extended Care Fees
Early Morning Care (contracted): $6.90/hour
Early Morning Care (drop-in): $8.50/hour
Afternoon Program (contracted): $6.90/hour
Afternoon Program (drop-in): $8.50/hour
Maximum contracted PM care: $165.00/week
(M-F 12:30 to 5:30 - includes 10% discount)

Late Fines         Late payment of bills1: $20
                           Late pick-up of child2: $20
                           Late for participation day: $20

  1. Tuition invoices are prepared between the 10th – 15th of the month and mailed around the 18th. Tuition checks should be placed in the tuition box by the 5th of each month (after receipt of your bill) to ensure payment is not late.
  2. There is a 5 minute grace period for late pick-up (at the 12:30, 3:30 & 5:30 PM times). After 5 minutes, you will be assessed a $20 fine. At 15 minutes late, you will be billed for the next block of afternoon program (e.g. pick-up at 12:45 means a $20 fine plus you will be billed for the 12:30 – 3:30 slot). The last pick-up time is 5:30 p.m. If your child is picked up after 5:45 p.m., you will be billed $20 plus $1 for every minute you are late.

  1. These fees reflect a per-child charge.
  2. One-time only fee.
  3. May be spread over three months.
  4. Fulfilled by donations solicited for CCC's annual Silent Auction or one-time cash payment.
