Schedule of Fees 2017-2018

REGISTRATION FEE (non-refundable): $150

TUITION

  • Annual Tuition is $6,150, billed over 10 months ($615/month)
  • Half-Participation adds: +$161.50 fee to monthly tuition bill
  • Non-Participation adds: +$323 fee to monthly tuition bill 
  • One-and-a-half-Participation discounts bill: –$142.50 to monthly tuition bill 
  • Double Participation discounts bill: –$285 to monthly tuition bill 
  • Summer session (2017): $157/week if contracted for the session, $175/week (as available).

CCC offers a 10% discount to families for second and subsequent children simultaneously enrolled in the preschool program (to be applied to program tuition and contracted extended care).

EXTENDED CARE FEES

Tuition and Extended Care fees are listed as the total annual cost divided into 10 equal monthly payments.

Drop-in care (Early Morning or Afternoon Program): $11.14/hour

For any early or aftercare contract changes made mid-month,billing will be pro-rated based on the number of calendar days in the month.

PAYMENT

  • Tuition invoices are emailed around the 21st. Tuition checks should be placed in the tuition box by the 5th of each month (after receipt of your bill) to ensure payment is not late.

LATE FINES

  • Late tuition payment: $20
  • Late for participation day: $20
  • Late pick-up of child: $20 (policy: after 5 minute grace period, $20 fine is assessed. After 15 minutes late, you will be billed for the next block of afternoon program (e.g. pick-up at 12:45 results in a $20 fine plus being billed for the 12:30 – 3:30 slot at the drop-in rate). If your child is picked up after 5:45 p.m., you will be billed $20 plus $1 for every minute you are late.)

MANDATORY FEES

These fees are charged annually for each child. May be spread over three months.

  • Registration Fee (non-refundable): $150
  • Materials Fee: $175
  • Earthquake/Disaster Supply Assessment: $10

OTHER FEES & FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

  • Charge Parent Fee (when you must hire another parent/CCC approved substitute as a one-time substitute for your participation): $65 (paid directly to substitute)
  • Missed Participation Day (without finding a substitute): $75
  • 3rd Missed Yard or All-School Meeting: $20 (you may miss up to two Yard or All-School meetings combined)
  • Missed Building & Grounds Work Party: $25/hour (8 hours/year required)
  • Missed Fundraising Work Hours: $25/hour (4 hours/year required)
  • Fundraising obligation: $200
  • Kindergarten Recommendation Form: $25

Please note: These fees were revised for the 2017-18 school year by vote of the general membership and are subject to change with 30 days notice to the community.
